Queen. Don’t Stop Me Now.

Not just tonight, but all weekend we’re going to have ourselves a good time. My girl is taking her first little road trip and driving from Minnesooota all the way to Milwaukee, heh. She has moral support and a GPS, all should be well. It’s still unclear if her twin will be coming with her, of course I love to have all my keiki in one place but sometimes work comes first.

Tomorrow is a full day. We head to Bayview for the annual Bayview Bash Strongman contest where Bigg will be helping out.

We jet back to tosa for an afternoon football game and then have pumpkin carving scheduled for after dinner. Yup, pumpkin carving. Yup, I know it’s early but when I have my kids in one place, we take advantage of it.

Besides, getting an extra week or two out of our favorite holiday is festive. We like festive.

Matt WanAt is a Professional Strongman who competes regularly with Strongman Champions League in Europe. He played a year of D1 football with Iowa before concentrating on his Chemical Engineering degree in Iowa City. He is a native of Wauwatosa and still remains a staunch supporter of Tosa East. Matt will host many Strongman Saturdays at tosabarbell which are sure to be followed by food. Lots of food. This blog will be a mixture of strength notes, coaching and nutrition tips, bacon delicacies, and a whole lot of fun.
